Prices
Applicable prices are those as displayed at the time the order is placed, which apply without shipping costs from the place of business of WOLWIN including any accruing VAT.
The shipping costs are calculated based on the country of the delivery address and the total weight of the products ordered. These must both be specified during product selection. Should it be necessary for technical or logistical reasons to send the selected products in a number of batches, this will of course not lead to an increase in the applicable shipping costs.
For orders from consumers (§13 German Civil Code (BGB)) with a delivery address in Germany or inside the EU coming to a total of at least € 80.00, WOLWIN does not charge for shipping.
Delivery
Products are delivered directly to the delivery address provided by the customer from the warehouse at WOLWIN declarations concerning the delivery period are non-binding.
Should WOLWIN, through no fault of its own, not be in a position to deliver the ordered goods, you will be informed to this effect immediately.
