Right of withdrawal
Consumers (§13 German Civil Code (BGB)) have a period of two weeks to withdraw your order (tender) without a statement of reasons either in written form (via post or e-mail) or by returning the products. The time period begins at the earliest upon acceptance of the goods and not before receipt of this instruction. The timely sending of the withdrawal or the products is sufficient to guarantee the period in which to withdraw the order.

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the services provided by both sides are to be refunded and any irrevocable use compen-sated for. Should for any reason the pro-ducts be either in part or completely non-returnable to WOLWIN, or this only in a reduced quality, you will be obliged to pay compensation for the reduced value. This does not apply if the degradation of the product can be exclusively traced to its being tested – for example, a functional test/demonstration in a retail outlet. In general, you can avoid this obligation to compensate by not treating the product as your own property and refraining from everything which might damage ist value.
Products which may be sent via parcel should be returned thus to WOLWIN. You are required to bear the shipping costs in cases where the products delivered correspond to the order and the price of the products to be returned does not exceed €40.00 or at a higher price if at the time of the withdrawal you have not fulfilled a service in return or have not met a contractually agreed payment instalment. In all other cases, returning products is free of charge. Do not send unfree. Products which may not be sent by parcel will be collected from you by WOLWIN or an authorised entity. Obligations for reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled by you within 30 days of issuing the notice of withdrawal.
